Tired of all the same bland and tasteless Vietnamese food that is being served in Taipei? All the way from California, we bring you a secret family recipe that has been refined over generations of pho lovers.

Phở is served in a bowl with white rice noodles (called bánh phở’) in clear beef broth, with thin cuts of beef (steak, fatty flank, lean flank, brisket).

Phở has been described as the “National Dish of California” ..We could not agree more. Our broth is a meticulous twelve-hour process. We use fresh, quality beef, whole sides of brisket and flank, imported herbs and sauces (yes, sriracha!).

We also have the usual fare with spring rolls (nuked or eco-friendly), papaya salad, chicken wings, and plenty of other treats to go along with a totally awesome Vietnamese banh mi sandwich! Nice.
