I have a room that might be suitable for a student, it is located in DAAN DISTRICT, close proximity to Chinese Culture University Mandarin Learning Center and Taiwan National Normal University. Walk 3 mins to the Daan MRT station (Wenshan-Neifu line),one station away from Zhongxiao Fuxing Station at where SOGO, Breeze Centre, RT-Mart etc are nearby.

My room is available from the beginning of march.

The apartment was newly built(3 years ago) and the room design is a modern style

Near to the Daan Park(3-5minutes walk )

Those are the explanation about the room, I am sure you will like the room, because it is very clean, very safe, modern and comfortable.

The rent fee is NT$ 19,000/Month+NT$ 1775 for maintaining fee and security services fee. Electricity and water bills are not included. The electricity fee is very cheap here in Taiwan, i am paying less than NT$500/month , water bill is also very cheap less than 500/month, but those are depend on how you are using it.

you can share with your roommate because i can provide 2 set of keys for you and your friend. The Bond/deposit is only 1month (deposit=NT$19,000) and will be returned to you later.

I need to find someone who can replace my room before the end of this month.
